Wow, playing TSO has taken up a lot of my time, but I have managed to keep things in check... my school work is doing fine, my freelance work is alright, and my home life is not abandoned. canadadrugs.com

...Yet.

Just kidding.

Funny that for a while there, I was investing more time in my sim's virtual life than my own real one. Yes, the true sign of a geek.

Tomorrow is my first Sims Meetup (yes, something similar to Blog Meetup). Hoping to meet some more cool people and, as they say in the islands, "Talk Story". I really like the whole meetup thing, it's been really awesome so far. Highly recommended way to meet new people with similar interest!

Anyone else out there play TSO? If not, what game is currently eating your life away?

I'm playing too much Sim City 4 on the PC side and too much NFL 2K3 on the Xbox. SC4 is hard. I got New Saaarf London up to 30,000 residents (yay!) and put in a medium airport and now my city is cursed (boo!). The blooming airport can't have flightlines all over the city.

I'm new to the blogging community and don't even have time to play games because finding and reading blogs is eating away at my life. You damn bloggers, I can't stop reading.

That's similar to saying "McDonald's made me fat" Isnt it? I know, I will sue the blogging community for eating my life away....

Oh yeah, Mike? Try blogging AND playing games! Beat that, huh? Huh?

Yes, geeky chick lives up to her name. She has a monitor tan.

Do not even TALK to me about SC4, Andy... I want to live.

I was a SIMS addict for a long time. Then I got bored w/ it. I still need more expansion packs. Now I got sims online for xmas, and have yet to play with it. I think I need to start playing the sims again, esp my new online version. We got my sister in law the sims and she is totally addicted now. The sims is so fun.

All in good humor, mike, all in good humor.

I've got my better half and two stepkids as well, so I empathize. ;)

Yes, I know...we all do. I hope my comments weren't taken out of context as I was only joking as well.

"Do not even TALK to me about SC4, Andy... I want to live."

Y'know you can import your Sims into your cities as residents and they will run around moaning about your barebones municipal services, low or nonexistant services needed if you want to have any money left...

oops, sorry about that. :) I will not mention how cemetaries lower pollution and should be placed next to dirty industry. Drat!

Ooh, I WANT to play TSO, but know I shouldn't. Those online games scare me. I'm a pretty hardcore gamer, but I've seen online games turn NON-gamers into complete addicts ... that's freaky. Online crack, right?

Thanks so much for the clever desktops!

I play SIMs online! Email for cities/characters.
