I'm sure this is old news, but I've been out of the book loop myself for quite a while. If you haven't read it, I highly recommend Neil Gaiman's American Gods. I couldn't put it down. I read it in less than 48 hours. Granted, I had a lot of "down" time at that point in my life, but still.... pharmaoffshore.com
i see you're a fellow gamer (courtesy of PA). maybe you might want to look into Masters of Doom (see http://www.evilavatar.com). of course i'm kinda weary on reading another video game book after going through the crappily presented making of the ps1 book. bleh.
just following up on a few blogs I frequent...do you know what ever happened to michael dunn's blog? Hope you finish the book. I heard that its a good read
I'll have to look at this one. If you like Gaiman, have you read 'Neverwhere' and 'Good Omens' (the last a conspiracy with Terry Pratchett of Discworld fame). They're both excellent, and if you're interested in cyberpunkish type fiction, William Gibson's new book 'Pattern Recognition' is fantastic. I didn't like his last triad, but this one is excellent.
